The Balance & Core Workshop was designed to help participants enhance physical stability and build deep core strength through a combination of yoga postures, functional movement, and mindful breathing. Ideal for all experience levels, the session empowered attendees to move with control, confidence, and clarity—on and off the mat.
Program Highlights

Balance Training:
Participants were guided through progressive standing and seated postures designed to improve body alignment, proprioception, and overall stability. Special emphasis was placed on transitions, helping attendees maintain control as they moved between poses.
