Hatha Yoga classes are designed to bring you into a state of mindful presence, combining movement, breath, and stillness to nurture both body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, Hatha offers a grounding and accessible approach that gently builds strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

Grounding Warm-Up

Each session begins with gentle movements and mindful breath awareness. Simple stretches and seated postures help awaken the body while calming the nervous system. This grounding phase prepares you mentally and physically for a deeper, more focused practice.

Pose Sequences

The core of the class includes foundational Hatha Yoga postures performed slowly and intentionally. You’ll be guided through each pose with attention to alignment, breath, and body awareness. The pace is steady—not rushed—allowing time to fully experience the benefits of each posture.

Pranayama (Breathwork)

Breathing practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana), and other calming techniques are introduced. These exercises enhance breath control, regulate energy, and connect the physical and subtle body for emotional balance and mental clarity.

Final Relaxation (Savasana or Meditation)

The class closes with complete rest. Whether in stillness during Savasana or through a short guided meditation, this final stage helps integrate the practice, releasing physical tension and leaving you with a lasting sense of calm and presence.
